Jubilee Primary School Guidance on Admissions
You may apply for a reception year place at Jubilee Primary School for the September 2019 intake from November 2018.
Your child is eligible for a place at Jubilee Primary School if they were born between 1 September 2014 and 31 August 2015.
You can apply online through the Kent County Council website or by post and not through the school. Applications open on Monday 5th November 2018 and close on Tuesday 15th January 2019. Full details of how to apply will be available on the Kent Count Council website when applications open. You can apply for up to 3 schools, putting them in order of preference. It’s in your best interests to list 3 schools. Naming only one school does not guarantee your child a place at that school or give your child priority for a place over another child, neither does naming a school more than once.

In Year Admissions
Requests for admission to Reception made after the normal round of admissions (after 31 August 2018) and requests for places in other year groups are to be made directly to the school. All In-Year admissions to the school will be made in line with KCC’s Determined Co-ordinated Scheme for Primary Admissions, Academic Year 2018/19. An application is to be made on an In-Year Casual Admission Form (IYCAF) available from the school or from the KCC website.

Jubilee Primary School follows the appeals guidance, set by KCC. If your child is due to start primary, infant or junior school in 2018 you can appeal between 16 April and 16 May 2018 to guarantee that your appeal will be heard by 18 July 2018. For applications made in the normal admission round, appeals must be heard within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals. For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 schools days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 schools days of the appeals being lodged. Please also ensure that you supply the following information when booking: Child's name, Child's date of birth, Parent/Carer name, address, telephone number and date you wish to book.
Once we receive your completed online form, you will receive an email from the office either confirming your place on your requested date or offering on an alternative date.
