  • KS1 Multi SKills

    Fri 18 Oct 2019

    Some children in year 1 attended a multi skills event in term 1 at Greenfields school. They thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the different sporting activities, developing their agility, balance and coordination. Children demonstrated excellent teamwork and perseverance. They were willing to try many different activities and reflected the ethos of the school brilliantly.

  • Hockey

    The hockey tournament held at Greenfields school caused a lot of exhilaration amongst the Chinese Pandas.  With a few keen hockey players in the class, they were hoping to do very well against the other participating teams!

    From the moment they started playing their first match, it was clear that they were a force to be reckoned with.  Rotating players, scoring goal after goal and improving with each game, our fantastic Jubilee team took 2nd place and were awarded silver medals!

    Our hockey stars hope to play again soon!

  • Hockey Tournament

    Two teams from LKS2 attended a hockey tournament at Greenfields Primary School on Thursday 17th October. Both teams were impeccably behaved, and as always were superb examples of how amazing our children are! Teamwork and fair play were demonstrated throughout the tournament, with one of the teams receiving 3rd place and an impressive bronze medal!

  • Mini Beast Hunt Challenge

    Chris, Tiago and Jude J. participated in the Minibeast Challenge at Tyland Barn on Thursday, 17th October. They had a fun-filled day, learnt quite a lot about minibeasts and came second out of a large number of schools.  Well done.
  • STEM Lego Challenge

    Asher, Jago and Leon took part in the county finals for the STEM [Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths] Lego challenge, held on 15th October.  The challenge was to build a Lego house, following a plan, using a specified number of Lego bricks and working within the constraints of a budget. It proved very challenging but they were awarded third place.  Well done.
  • Harvest Celebrations

    Our Fantastic Year 4 pupils performed like West End stars when they did the Harvest Festival Celebration. Both classes participated, working tirelessly to make this production a success.
