• Easter EGGstravaganza

  On Wed 29th March between 3-4pm is our Easter EGGstravaganza and all children are invited to make their own Easter bonnet to take part in our Parade!  The bonnets will be judged and Mrs Allen will be announcing the winner at the end of the EGGstravaganza.  Prizes galore to be won!

• Red Nose Day 2017

  It's Red Nose Day on Fri 24th March and we're going to 'Make Our Laugh Matter' by coming into school wearing something RED for Comic Relief 2017 and making a donation.

• British Science Week - A week of fun experiments!

  This week has been so much fun for the children as well as learning so much about all things science.  They had numerous experiments such as the cause and effect of Popping Candy, exploding Volcanoes and even learning about how science is in sport!  We had a visit from Professor Flabberghast and from Mr Pattison who taught us all about fossils.  Our little scientists can't wait for next years already!

  

• British Science Week starts with a bang!

• British Science Week 10-19 March 2017

  Next week is British Science week and the children will be turning into scientists!  Please do ask your children what exciting experiments they've been doing in school.  It promises to be a BLAST!

• World Book Day 2017

  The children all had a wonderful time dressing up as their favourite book character. Go to our 'Galleries' section see a selection of photos taken throughout the day.  We even had a visit from Roisin Murray who is a local storyteller who read a story to each class and helped the children to make masks and puppets to retell the story later in class. Great fun!

• World Book Day - Thu 2nd Mar

  It's World Book Day on Thu 2nd Mar 17! Pupils are welcome to dress as a traditional book character and not a cartoon/comic character.
