Hockey Tournament
Jubilee Primary School took part in their first, face-to-face competition on Thursday 25th November! Greenfields and Kent Teach held a lower key stage 2 and upper key stage 2 hockey tournament. Mixed teams from Years 3 and 4 and 5 and 6, went head to head against other locals schools.
Lower key stage 2 battled it out on the hockey pitch throughout the morning, showing wonderful determination and perseverance, resulting in them coming in joint second place! Due to scores being tied, the place was decided on goals scored, with Jubilee Primary School scoring just one less and therefore being given 3rd place in the whole tournament!
There were multiple schools participating in the afternoon meaning two tournaments ran simultaneously. Umpires were very complimentary of Jubilee Primary School, highlighting how supportive they were of other teams and cheering them on. Well done!
